The Department of Immigration, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs, would like to inform all Ministries/Departments/Agencies and Organizations that the Third Lhengye Zhungtshog at its 130th Session held on 3 October 2022 has approved the application of Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) for foreigners (other than tourists) visiting Bhutan.
All Ministries/Departments/Agencies and Organizations are requested to take note of the approved list pertaining to application of SDF for foreigners (other than tourists). The list is available at www.doi.gov.bt and shall be implemented by the Department of Immigration, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs, effective immediately.
