Requirements:

1. 1. Approval from the Director, Department of Industry, MoICE
   2. Copy of valid passport
   3. Passport must have minimum validity of six months from the intended date of departure from Bhutan
   4. Duly completed visa application form
   5. Detailed day wise program of the visit
   6. The Department may ask for additional documents during assessment, if required
